Helen Louise Deck, 74 year-old, life long Bowlegs resident passed from this life Sunday, October 14, 2007 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born May 22, 1933 in Covington, Oklahoma to parents William Henry Deck and Minnie (Henneke) Deck.rnrnHelen was a homemaker who loved to quilt and also had a great love for her family especially her grandchildren. She was a member of the Bowlegs First Baptist Church in Bowlegs, Oklahoma.rnrnSurvivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Tina Deck of Bowlegs, Oklahoma and one daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Al Givray of Highlands Ranch, Colorado.rnrnOne brother William Deck of Enid, Oklahoma and two sisters, Doris Ann Sturgill of Yukon, Oklahoma and Virginia Howard of Enid, Oklahoma.rnrnOther survivors include her five grandchildren: Kara Cook who is teaching English in China and Kyle Cook of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Logan Lilley of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; Danielle Deck and Dustin Deck both of Bowlegs, Oklahoma.rnrnShe is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends.rnrnHelen is preceded in death by her parents and by one son, Ronald Medley Deck who died in 1988.rnrnGraveside services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at Little Cemetery north of Seminole.
