Lifelong Seminole resident Hazel Fern Smith passed away on October 27, 2008 in Seminole at the age of 76.rnrnShe was born on July 15, 1932 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Randall J. and Ruby Annabelle (Smyth) Kelley. rnrnShe married Gary Kent Smith on August 29, 1950, he preceded her in death on March 26, 1970. She graduate from Seminole High School in 1950 and was a former Tri-City Christian Center member. rnrnShe is survived by one son, Kent Smith of Edmond, Oklahoma and two daughters and sons-in-law: Cindi and Gary Mize and Kristy and Curtis Tatum all of Seminole, Oklahoma. rnrnShe is also survived by six grandchildren: Randall Mize, Blake Mize, Kendra Smith, Cory Smith, Carlye Tatum and Cullen Tatum and four great grandchildren, Autumn, Abby and Garrett Mize of Seminole and Eli Stafford of Edmond, Oklahoma. rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gary Smith on March 26, 1970, one brother, Randall Kelley and one sister, Nancy Smith. rnrnIn lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 6465 South Yale Avenue, Ste. 312, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136-7804 Funeral Information: October 27, 2008, 12:00 AM
