Hazel A. (Higdon) Seaman, 92 year old long time Seminole resident passed from this life Monday, August 13, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. She was born August 1, 1915 in Seminole, Oklahoma to V. C. and Annie (Brown) Higdon. She graduated Varnum High School and Married Charles Allen Seaman on November 24, 1938 at the First United Methodist Church in Seminole. the had been married for 61 years. Mrs. Seaman was very active in various Church and social organizations. She was a Longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Seminole, Okla., where she had served as Church treasurer and was a member of several Seminole Garden Club's and the Women's groups at the First United Methodist Church.rnrnMrs. Seaman moved to Dallas, Texas to be close to her sons following the death of her husband who died November 9, 1999.rnrnSurvivors include two sons, Gary and Don Seaman both of Dallas, Texas and one daughter, Debra Seaman Langdon of Mesa, Arizona.rnrnFour grandchildren also survive:Christopher, Nicholas, Brandon and Aaron Seaman.rn She is preceded in death by her brothers, Luther Higdon, Kenneth Higdon, and Dave Higdon and 2 sisters Maudie Frances Higdon, and Thelma HigdonrnrnAlso surviving are nieces and nephews, George Higdon, Pat Padgett, Betty Franklin, Qualla Addington, and several great nieces and nephews.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Rev.
