Harry Larney Warrior, 69 year-old, lifelong Seminole resident passed from this life Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at his home in Seminole, Oklahoma. He was born May 11, 1943 in Seminole to parents John Larney, Sr. and Lauren Warrior. Harry worked as an auto mechanic and also did lawn care maintenance. Survivors include his wife Marcia Burris of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin Larney (Crystal) of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Leslie Berry (Cory) of Prague, Oklahoma and Tino Larney of Memphis, Tennessee; three daughters, Norva Larney of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Mable Berry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Elisha Berry of Cromwell, Oklahoma; two brothers, John Larney, Jr. of Oklahoma and Simon Larney of Bowlegs, Oklahoma; Harry’s first wife, Tillie M. Thomas of Midwest City, Oklahoma; 26 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and dear friends. His parents, one sister Sally Larney and two grandchildren preceded Harry in death. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Lima Cemetery with Jonathan Simpkins officiating the service. Casket bearers will be: Grover Johnson, C.T. Johnson Jr., David Johnson, Van Larney, Veauntray Williams and Johnny Bizzell III. Honorary bearers will be: Buster Jackson, Marvin Keese, Bob Burris and Donnie Hardaman.
