Guy Foutz

Guy Wayne Foutz, 49 year old Seminole resident, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at Integris Seminole Medical Center in Seminole, Oklahoma. Guy was born on July 19, 1960, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to parents Joe Erick and Allie Estella (Howell) Foutz. Guy is survived by daughter; Tonya Friend; brother; Buster McCoy of Seminole, Oklahoma, three sisters; Joyce Dycus, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Connie Gray and Lelia Renfro both of Shawnee, Oklahoma, he is also survived by 2 grandchildren and a host of other family and dear friends. Guy was preceded in death by parents; Joe and Estella Foutz; sister; Donna Molitor, two brothers; Erick and Troy Foutz and great nephew; Jerry Jenkins. Private family services for Guy will be held at Little Cemetery, Seminole County, Oklahoma. Cremation Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole, Oklahoma.
