Gloria Alene Ledbetter

Gloria Alene Ledbetter, age 85, passed away December 30, 2019 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born April 15, 1934 in Summers Chapel, Oklahoma to parents Steve Caudill and Catherine (Walker) Caudill. She was raised in the Maud and St. Louis, Oklahoma area. She married James Ledbetter in Bakersfield, California. Gloria was a homemaker and was raised in the Pentecostal church. She enjoyed quilting, reading and taking drives. Gloria is survived by sons; Kenneth Tackett of Augusta, Georgia and Jim Tackett of Wasco, California, daughters; Vicki Couch of Seminole, Oklahoma and Debra Smith and her husband Raymond of Wasco, California, sisters; Jean Binkley of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Virginia Cambron of Texas, Fran Crofton of California and Joyce Ann of Holdenville, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Nathan Ledbetter and Lecretia Gibson and great-grandchildren; Elizabeth Gibson and Ashlyn and Allison Ledbetter. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Graveside services are planned for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, east of Seminole, Oklahoma on Highway 270. Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate the service.
