Life long Seminole resident Ginger L. Edney passed away on Monday, December 4, 2006 at the age of 60 in Seminole, Oklahoma. rnrnShe was born on July 25, 1946 to Alexander and Nellie Louise (Cockrom) Weese in Buffalo, Oklahoma. She married Daniel William ?Dan? Edney on July 24, 1965 in Junction City, Kansas.rnShe was a clerk at J.C. Penny?s for many years. rnrnShe is survived by two sons, Daniel Edney, Jr. of Chandler, Arizona, Kenneth Harjo of Vernon, Texas and step-son: Danny Ray Edney of Lake Havasu, Arizona, two daughters: Tami Camacho of Vernon, Texas and Tina Verel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, one brother, E.L. Edwards of Brussels, Belgium, two sisters, Verna Valentine of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Dora Jean Thomason of Collinsville, Oklahoma. Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive her. rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Irma Fleming, Ruth Handlen, Agnes Wellman, Ruby Ashlock, Martha McAfee and Bessie Allen, brothers; Lloyd Veach, Sammy Donald, Virgil, and Bennie Weese.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 3:00pm, Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Don Thomason officiating.
