Geraldine Bailey

Geraldine Kay Bailey, 64, Seminole, Oklahoma resident, died Sunday, December 10, 2017 in Seminole. Geraldine was born May 4, 1953 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Frank Wade Dunson and Leah Cook Dunson.  Geraldine was a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Geraldine was a homemaker and later a surgical scrub tech at the Creek Nation Community Hospital in Okemah, Oklahoma. She was a lifelong member of the Thlopthlocco United Methodist Church near Okemah, Oklahoma. She enjoyed reading, going to the casino, watching Law and Order and being a Nanny to all. Geraldine is survived by two sons Michael Mull II and his wife Monica of Rifle, Colorado, and Joseph Daniel Mull of Seminole, Oklahoma, two daughters Malinda Osborn and her husband Stuart of Seminole, Oklahoma and Stacy Patterson and her husband Dustin of Pinckneyville, Illinois, two brothers Bruce Dunson and his wife Diane of Okemah, Oklahoma and Gary Dunson and the late Ava Dunson of Seminole, Oklahoma, her grandchildren; Elijah Redus, Morgan Mull, Piper Mull, Sidney Osborn, Sarah Osborn, Stuart Osborn, Sierra Patterson, Drake Patterson, Joseph Mull II, Jared Mull, Jacob Mull, and Langley Bray. Geraldine was preceded in death by her father and mother, her brother Thomas Dunson and her husband Edward L. Bailey. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Thlopthlocco United Methodist Church near Wetumka, Oklahoma with Clarence Yaholar and Michael Deer officiating. Burial will be at the Church Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Todd Streater, Antonio Factor, Derek Worley, Tyler Trammel, Kolten Kiker and Zachary Perry. Honorary bearers will be Jackson Lowe, Tiger Hobia, Jesse Givens, Caleb Crawford, Aaron Medlock, Dustin Patterson, Stuart Osborn, Gary Dudgeon and John Calkins. Geraldine will be moved to the church at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 13, 2017 for wake services that will begin at 7:00 P.M.
