George Stolinas

George Stolinas, Jr. rnrnGeorge Stolinas, Jr. passed away on February 8, 2009 at the age of 62. He was born on August 24, 1946 in Hartford, Ct. to George and Marie (Prislupsky) Stolynas. rnrnGeorge served in the United States Marine Corp. for 5 years from 1964 to 1969 where he earned the rank of SP4 E-4 and received a purple heart during Vietnam. He also served in the United States army for three years from 1970 to 1973. He was a lifetime member of the V.F.W.rnrnHe will be laid to rest on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 10:00a.m. at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia with full military honors. rnrnHe leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters: Tara Stolinas Clark of Westfield, MA, Georgie Anne Stolinas-Brunton of Old Lyme, CT., three sisters: Gloria ?Joanne? Beresford of West Suffield, CT., Beverly Wheeler of East Hartland, CT., and Irene ?Betty? Lynch of Westfield, MA.
