Gabriella Daphne (Goate) Johnson, 35 year-old Seminole County resident passed from this life Thursday, April 23, 2009 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born December 14, 1973 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to parents Johnson ?Alfred? Goate and Nancy (Harrison) Goate.rnrnGabriella graduated from Del City High School in 1991. In 1994 after working for a few years she married Erik Martinez. Gabriella went to work as an actress for Magna Talent Agency where she made many television commercials and appeared on billboards. She went on to serve in the United States Army. Most recently she worked for Wrangler Jeans in Seminole, Oklahoma until 2008.rnrnOn July 3, 2008 she married her long time love and friend, Timothy John Johnson in Wewoka, Oklahoma at a quiet ceremony, which she made sure all of her family was going to be there. The event was celebrated by eating lots and lots of pizza.rnrnAlthough enrolled in the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma she was also Creek and Chickasaw, often she would tease her father about his tribe.rnrnGabriella or ?Gabby? as she would often refer to herself, loved her children Erik Martinez, Jr. and Erika Gabriella Martinez, ages 15 and 13 respectively. She would tell them, ?never, never forget that I love you very much.?rnrnGabriella leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Tim Johnson of the home; one son, Erik Martinez, Jr. of the home; two daughters, Erika Martinez of the home and Magdalena Henry of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her parents, Alfred and Nancy Goate of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who can hardly realize the rest of their lives without her hugs, kisses, laughter and teasing; Gabby loved her two brothers and they loved her very much, they are Winfred ?Chico? Davis of Moore, Oklahoma and Craig Farber of Holdenville, Oklahoma; two brothers-in-law, William Johnson of Wetumka, Oklahoma and Jeremy Postoak of Claremore, Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law. Breanna Postoak Garcia of Sasakwa, Oklahoma and Inesa Postoak of Sasakwa, Oklahoma; aunts, Kathy ?Sissy? Munoz, Rachael Williams, Alice Harrison, Lydia Harrison; uncles, Roman Goate and Larry Harrison; niece, Savannah Davis; and a host of other dear family and friends.rnrnGabby is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jacob and Zonie Harrison and by her paternal grandparents, John and Athelenna Goate and by one uncle, Gary Harrison.rnrnA wake service is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Sunday, April 26th at the Indian Nations Baptist Church (located at the corner of 2nd and Evans in Seminole); the body will be taken to the church at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Services will be lead by Pastor Lewis Johnson and Rev. Danny Faulkner. rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Indian Nations Baptist Church. Pastor Lewis Johnson, Rev. Danny Faulkner and Alfred Goate will officiate the service.
