Fritz Pasquet

Fritz Pierre Pasquet, 69 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Seminole, Oklahoma.  He was born March 11, 1948 in Spalt, West Germany to parents Fritz D. Pasquet and Barbara E. (Bayer) Pasquet. Fritz worked as a professional chef and was a chef instructor in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a registered nurse.  He also received a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas Christian University.  Fritz served in the Air Force with a tour in Vietnam. Fritz was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Seminole and a member of the Knights of Columbus. On July 30, 1986 Fritz married Melissa Gay (Tiger) in Ft. Worth, Texas; she survives him.  He is also survived by his mother, one daughter, one brother, two sisters and two grandchildren and by a host of other loving family and friends. Fritz was preceded in death by his father, one brother and his son, Michael. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
