Frankie Lover (Johnson) Cochran , age 85 and a life-long resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away from this life Friday, May 22, 2020 at her home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 27th at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church located at 126 N. Konawa St. in Konawa under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa.  Pastor, Ron Gadberry will officiate, and burial will follow at Konawa Cemetery.

Frankie was born December 31, 1934 in Konawa to Bill A. Johnson and Edna M. (Grigsby) Johnson.  She graduated from Konawa High School in 1954.  She was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Konawa, and Frankie loved to sew, to make quilts, to grow flowers, and to help at the church.

She is survived by one daughter, Sherry Gail Butler and husband, Dwight of Shawnee; one brother, David Johnson of Oklahoma City; three sisters, Louise Chapman and Wanda Faye Ferguson, both of Oklahoma City, and Betty Lorine Parks; three grandchildren, Mac McAnally, Joey McAnally, and Brian Butler; and two great grandchildren, Serina McAnally, and Jaylyne Huddleston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Edna Johnson; one son, Michael Ray “Mike” Cochran on January 3, 1981; three brothers, Jimmy, Charles, and Wayne Johnson; one sister, Willie Mae Foster; and one granddaughter, Sarina Angela McAnally.
