Frank DeWayne Cullum, 74, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident passed away, Sunday February 25, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Frank was born August 8, 1943 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma to Benjamin Cullum and Lizzie Elizabeth (Latham) Cullum. Frank lived in Dover, Oklahoma near Kingfisher, till 1992 then moved to Seminole, Oklahoma. Frank worked in the oilfields most  of his adult life as a mechanic and operator for several oilfield companies and had worked for Mills Well Service in Seminole, Oklahoma for many years. Frank loved raising fighting roosters and taking them to fights. He also loved being with his grandchildren. Frank married Debra (Matthews) Cullum on July 18, 1970 in Atwood, Oklahoma. Frank is survived by his wife Debra Cullum of the home and two sons Frank Cullum, Jr., and his wife Starla of Seminole, Oklahoma and Roy Oakes of Missouri, 6 grandchildren; Britney, Landon, Lucas, Tommy, Jacob, and Brandon. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, his step father Sid Hudson, who raised him after his father died while Frank was very young, his siblings Jack Cullum, Mary Dotson, Harvey Cullum, Lucille Teter, Katherine Butts, Bud Cullum, Roy Cullum, Benny Cullum, Helen Padget and one sibling that died at birth. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Jimmy and Nita Moreland officiating.
