Floyd Ray Ingram

Floyd Ray Ingram, a life long Seminole County resident passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 72. Floyd was born February 16, 1940 in Alma, Oklahoma to parents Burl James Ingram and Cloma (Taylor) Ingram. Floyd moved to the Seminole area in 1970 from Fox, Oklahoma. Floyd was employed at Atlantic Richfield Corporation, Oil & Gas Production, where he was a Gas Plant Operator before retirement in 1995. He was a member of The Trinity Baptist Church of Maud, Oklahoma, the Oddfellows Lodge and the Moose Lodge. Floyd married Faye (Rafaela Martinez) Ingram on September 5, 1958 in Gainesville, Texas. Floyd is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Faye Ingram of the home, three daughters, Terrie Goss and her husband Steve  of Maud, Oklahoma, Connie Ingram and her husband Charles Forbes of Colleyville, Texas and Shelly Eckerman and her husband Tom of Hamburg, Germany. He is also survived by his three grandsons, Justin Goss and his wife Andrea of Bethany, Oklahoma, Chance Taber of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Cody Goss of Maud, Oklahoma. Floyd was preceded in death by his; grandfather, Deb Taylor, grandmother, Frankie Henderson, father, Burl Ingram, and mother, Cloma Randolph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in  Seminole, Oklahoma. Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate at the service. The family will receive friends and family at a special visitation time Friday Evening February 8, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma. Floyd will be permanently memorialized at Whispering Waters Cremation Garden of Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
