Felicia Marie Echelle, 38 year old, lifelong Seminole resident passed from this life on Thursday, May 19, 2016 following an automobile accident in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. She was born November 8, 1977 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Bill Preston Miller and Deborah (Monks) Miller. Felicia graduated from Bowlegs High School in 1995 and went on to earn her Master’s degree from Mid-America College. On October 17, 2002 Felicia married Mark Echelle in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Felicia worked as a “Senior Casualty Specialist” for Farm Bureau Insurance Company. She was also a very devoted wife and mother. She was always involved in her children’s school functions at both Northwood and Wilson Schools in Seminole. Felicia leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 14 years, Mark Echelle of the home, two sons, Kaden James Echelle, John Bryan Echelle, and one daughter, Emilie Nicole Echelle, all of the home; her mother, Deborah Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma; three brothers, Carl and his wife Danielle Miller of Honolulu, Hawaii, Bill P. Miller of Seminole, Oklahoma, Rustyn Jones of Noble, Oklahoma; two sisters, Justice Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Jessica Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma; mother-in-law, Shirley Graves Watson and her husband Ray of Seminole, Oklahoma; and a host of other family and dear friends. Felicia is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Albert “Sonny” Miller and Doris Marie Miller, by her father, Bill Preston Miller Sr. who died April 10, 1990, and by her maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Wanda Monks. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Bowlegs Assembly of God Church with Allen Lewis and Pastor Roy Robertson officiating the service. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma. Casket Bearers will be: Joel Parsons, Carl Miller, D.J. Ridge, Jeremy Ridge, Todd Kern and Jeff Crabtree. Honorary Bearers will be: Bill Miller, Rustyn Jones, Tommy Monks, Cudd Family, Mike White, Doug Ridge, Paul Miller, “Uncle Bob”, Phil Stillwell and Robert Brown.
