Elsie Hill

Elsie Lee (Warden) Hill, 76 Elsie Lee (Warden) Hill, long time Seminole county resident passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 76. Elsie was born April 3, 1939 in Prague, Oklahoma to parents, Ennis Green Warden and Velma Lee (Tye)  Warden. Elsie was a homemaker, being a devoted wife and loving mother. She was a member of the Bowlegs Assembly of God Church in Bowlegs, Oklahoma. Elsie love to sing and cook until her sickness. She was a song leader for the Grace Pentecostal Church for several years. She loved to go to garage sales with her husband, Billy. Elsie was married to Billy for 50 years, they spent much time together attending the sales and eating out, especially Chinese food. She had been in and out of the nursing home and hospitals since October 2014. Elsie is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Hill of Seminole, Oklahoma; one son, Vernon George Hill and his wife Kari of Edmond, Oklahoma; one daughter, Denise Arbuckle and her husband, Terry of Duncan, Oklahoma; two sisters, Rosie Marie Soule and her husband Phillip of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, Linda Charlene Hoskison and her husband, Bill of Seminole, Oklahoma; five brothers, Melvin Eugene Warden and his wife Debbie of Yukon, Oklahoma, Floyd Ray Warden and his wife Marilyn of Meeker, Oklahoma, Russell Warden and his wife Sue of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Jesse Lee Warden of Seminole, Oklahoma and John Wesley Warden and his wife Gail of Seminole, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Kim Rightmire and her husband Robert, Lance Arbuckle and his wife Jennifer; five great grandchildren, Kristina Rightmire, Dawn Rightmire , Hunter Rightmire, Bailey Arbuckle and Aubrey Arbuckle; many nieces and nephews and friends.   Elsie was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, George Hill; and three brothers, Authur Vaughn Warden, Richard Dean Warden and Robert Carl Warden. Memorial services are planned for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Little Cemetery, Little, Oklahoma.
