Else Alice (Schieler) Allison

Else Alice (Schieler) Allison, age 81 and a resident of Seminole, Oklahoma, passed away from this life Friday, November 30, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole.  Rev. Carl Whitfield and Rev. Danny Allison, Jr. will officiate, and burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Casket bearers are William Allison, Billy Adams, Ralph Adams, Jimmy Blakley, Shawn Clark, Carl Allison, Joseph Allison, and D.J. Allison.  Honorary bearers are James, Mike, and Danny Allison, Jr. Else was born March 29, 1937, in Karlsruhe, Germany to Otto Schieler and Maria (Zollner) Schieler. She graduated from high school in Germany, met and later married Danny Gene Allison on September 5, 1961. Else loved collecting Beanie Babies. She is survived by four sons, Mike Allison and wife, Tanna of Seminole, James Allison and wife, Glenna of Seminole, William Allison and wife, Cindy also of Seminole, and Danny Allison, Jr. and wife, Linda of Victoria, Mississippi; five brothers, Gerhard, Heinz, Helmut, Manfred, and Wolfgang Schieler; two sisters, Karin Zips and Ulla Burri; nine grandchildren, Carl Allison, Felicia Corbett, Jody Allison, Stacy Allison, Pamela Allison, Candy Allison, Ashley Hanley, Joseph Allison, and D.J. Allison; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Marie Schieler; husband, Danny Gene Allison; three sisters, Rita Hespeler, Inge Thum, and Helga Zollner.
