Elizabeth Tipken

Elizabeth Jolene Tipken, 56 Elizabeth Jolene Tipken, lifelong resident of Seminole and Okfuskee counties, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 56. Elizabeth was born November 15, 1959 in Okemah, Oklahoma to parents, Joseph Donald Tipken and Donna Elizabeth (Smith) Tipken. Elizabeth worked in the Hospitality Industry for many years. Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Donna Elizabeth Roundtree of Okemah, Oklahoma; one daughter, Autumn (Wiles) Atkinson and her husband Damon Atkinson of Norman, Oklahoma; one brother, James Tipken and his wife Sherri of Shawnee, Oklahoma; two sisters, Jill Smock and her husband Bobby of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Denise Fuller of Okemah, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Chance and Steven Tipken of Wewoka, Oklahoma; one great nephew, Tiegan Kinslow of Hannah, Oklahoma; five nieces and nephews Jaimie Kinslow, Chris Harjo, Sondra Smock, Bobby Smock and Summer Tipken Yancey. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Joe Don Tipken; grandmother, Madge Gower and son, Joe Dale Tipken. Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Highland Cemetery, Okemah, Oklahoma with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating. Serving as casket bearers are: Jerry Atkinson, Edward Smith, Chris Harjo, Everett Smith, Tyler Kinslow, Bobby Smock and Damon Atkinson.
