Longtime Seminole resident Elizabeth Lenora Moss passed away on Friday, November 17, 2006 at the age of 92 at Seminole Estates Nursing Center.rnrnShe was born on August 6, 1914 in Garvin, Oklahoma to Luscius and Katie (Powell) Griffin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seminole and was retired from Canadian Valley Electric Co-op where she was a bookkeeper.rnrnElizabeth has been a resident of Seminole Estates Nursing Cemter since early 1999.rnrnShe is survived by her step-daughter Kathy Moss Courtney and family of Yukon, Oklahoma, one brother and sister-in-law; Leon and Joyce Penuel of Longview, Texas, sister-in-law; Norma Penuel of Seminole, nieces: Susan Lewellen and family of Mustang, Oklahoma, Luanne Langwell and family of Holdenville, Oklahoma, and Cynthia Grove and family of New Braunfels, Texas, nephews: Kenneth Penuel and family of Seminole, and Paul Penuel of Longview, Texas and sister-in-law; Betty Penuel of Shawnee and sons, Donny and Roger Gober and families. rnrnShe is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Moss, step-son, Mike Moss, her parents, stepfather, Melford A. Penuel, sister Dorothy Louise Penuel, and brother, Kenneth Eugene, Walter Ray and George Edward Penuel.rnrnGraveside Services will be held at 12:00pm, on Monday, November 20, 2006 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma with Rev.
