Elenor Talton

Elenor Talton, 67 year-old, Earlsboro resident passed from this life September 26, 2011 at Norman Regional Hospital.  She was born January 23, 1944 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma to parents Harry Talton and Fannie Mae Talton. Elenor graduated from Tecumseh High School.  She later went to work for Pierre’s Cleaners in Shawnee for over 15 years until her retirement.  Elenor was also a member of the Galilee Baptist Church in Shawnee. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Galilee Baptist Church located at 1025 E. 9th Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Pastor Anthony Rhone will officiate the service.  Interment will follow at Earlsboro Cemetery in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. Casket Bearers are Byron Talton, Tazz Brannon, Derrich Griffith, Thomas Griffith, Marlon Tramble, Joe Cervantes and Billy Smith. Flower girls are Shawna Talton, Carolyn Bernette, Wilima Gaines Rose Secord and Francess Talton. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
