Edmond "Yahmey" Fox

Edmond “Yahmey” Fox, Seminole resident, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 in Seminole, at the age of 55.  Edmond was born on November 28, 1968 in Lawton, OK to Milo T. Fox Sr. and Rosa Lee (Cully) Fox.  He married Angela Michelle Conley on February 24, 2021 in Seminole, OK.

Edmond enjoyed spending time with his dog, Jasper; watching OU football and westerns.  He loved traveling and going on dates with Angela.  Edmond took great joy in cooking and was known for his fry bread.  He was a man of good character with a great wide smile.

Edmond is survived by his wife, Angela; step-son, Jacob Joshua; step-daughter, Nichole Womack; three brothers, Bobby Sanderson of Ft. Worth, TX, Larry Jesse of Shawnee, OK and Milo Fox Jr. and wife, Shawn of Konawa; five sisters, Shirley Wagner of Heart Butte, MT, Katie Isaacs and husband, Dennis of Konawa, OK, Brenda Dailey of Hopkinsville, KY, Gwen Fox of Ada, OK and Christina “Pinky” Madron and husband, Don of Wewoka, OK and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, family and friends.

Edmond was preceded in death by his parents and many siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing will be Monday, January 29, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, OK with Rev. Houston Tiger and Rev. Kevin Fox officiating. A dinner will be served in the reception room of the funeral home following the service.

Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
