Dorothy Schiller

Dorothy Ann (Johnson) Schiller, 89 Dorothy Schiller, Seminole resident passed from this life November 25, 2009 at Seminole Estates Nursing Center. Dorothy was born October 10, 1920 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Captolia “C.T.” and Martha J. (Hall) Johnson. She lived in Midwest City, moved to Branson, and back to Seminole, four years ago. Dorothy graduated from Varnum High School, was in the Civil Service working at Tinker Air Force Base as a PX Supervisor and retiring after 20 years of service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Seminole. Her husband, C.L. Schiller, preceded her in death June 16, 2005, along with her parents, five brothers and two sisters. Dorothy is survived by: brother, Howard Johnson of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; a number of nieces and nephews including Bill and Ron Johnson both of Seminole, Oklahoma, Kenneth Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mike Cornelison of Ada, Oklahoma; nieces: Jo Ellen Gardner of Branson, Missouri, Beverly Morris of Seminole, Oklahoma, Sandy Price of Arizona, and Carolyn Johnson of Washington DC. Funeral Services for Dorothy will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. in Fayetteville National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
