Donnie Wayne Quinalty, life long Seminole county resident, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 62. Donnie was born February 20, 1951, in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Floyd H. and Norma Jean (Birkicht) Quinalty. Donnie served in the United States Army in 1970 to 1972, during the Vietnam War. He was a truck driver and a member of the Gleaners Holiness Church in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Donnie married Hope (Hunter) Quinalty on June 11, 1990 in Denton, Texas. Donnie is survived by his wife, Hope Quinalty of the home; two daughters, Jeanie Quinalty and Shawna Quinalty both of the home and his father, Floyd Quinalty of Seminole, Oklahoma. also by a sister Theresa Davis of Seminole, Oklahoma. Donnie was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Quinalty, and two sisters, Sharon Rose Quinalty and Delorse Jean Quinalty. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday May 16, 2013 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Larry Chesser will officiate. Burial will take place at Little Cemetery, Little, Oklahoma. Serving as Casket bearers; Billy Bowman, Chucky Morphis, Heath Cannon, Jeff Dinwiddie, John Castro, Claude Smith; Honorary bearer is Brice Bowman.
