Donald Wayne ?Donnie? Blassingame, 58 year-old longtime Seminole County resident passed from this life Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at his home North of Seminole. He was born March 1, 1949 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to parents Jeff Carl Blassingame and Frances ?Biddy? (Johnson) Blassingame.rnrnDonnie graduated from Dale High School in 1967. He worked as a Route Sales Driver working for the Coors Company for 15 years and then for Budweiser for 10 years.rnrnSurvivors include his mother, Frances ?Biddy? Blassingame of Shawnee, Oklahoma.rnrnOne son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Shelley Blassingame of Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnOne daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Jimmy Brewer of Maud, Oklahoma.rnrnHis former wife and the mother of his children, Joann Cantwell of Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnTwo brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Brenda Blassingame and Stevie and Diane Blassingame all of Shawnee, Oklahoma.rnrnOne sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and George Halbert of Shawnee, Oklahoma.rnrnAlso surviving are five grandchildren, Cody, Jason and Andrew Brewer, Ashlyn and Shaylee Blassingame.rnrnDonnie is preceded in death by his father, Jeff Blassingame.rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2007 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole. Rev. Bobby Shatto will officiate the service.rnrnInterment will follow at Little Cemetery north of Seminole.rnrnCasket bearers will be: Eddie Carter, Bobby Hayes, Noland Long, Jimmy Brewer, Warren Blassingame and Joe Blassingame.rnrnHonorary bearers will be: David Hodges and Dee Hodges.rnrnThe family has requested that donations be made to help cover funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.rnrnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home ? 100 W.
