Lifelong Seminole resident Donna Sue (Conner) Lee passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 74. rnrnShe was born on September 17, 1934 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Mamie (Eberley) and Orville F. "Jelly" Conner. rnrnDonna worked for Southwestern Bell as a telephone operator for over 25 years. She then owned and operated Latta Grocery in Ada for twelve years. After she sold her business she then went to work for Cable Vision in Seminole. She also helped in the family businesses at Swearingen Funeral Home and Bill Weems Oil, Inc., until her retirement. rnrnShe leaves to cherish her memories her daughter and son-in-law: Timmie and Danny Myers of Shady Point, Oklahoma, two sisters and a brother-in-law: Connie Weems and Pam and Clark Nowlin of Seminole, brother and sister-in-law: Ronnie and Glenda Conner of Seminole, two nieces, Terry Swearingen and husband Bob and Sheila Parks of Seminole, nephews; Ricky Conner and wife Tammy, Trace Conner and wife Shelly, Derek Henley and wife Danielle, all of Seminole and Damon Henley and wife Rhonda of Shawnee, Oklahoma, five grandchildren; Tory Myers and wife Sabra of Durant, Oklahoma, Tyla Myers of Shady Point, Shannon and Brad Smith of Lebanon, Missouri, Lacee and Nick Andrews of Washington, Oklahoma, Lindsey and Casey Myers of Washington, Oklahoma, fourteen great grandchildren; Hagan, Gavin and Brighton Smith, Maddison and Jace Myers, Jaxton and Tayte Downs, Tristan and Kylen Myers, and Kensley and Kendon Metcalf. She is also survived by a host of other great nieces, nephews and other family and dear friends.rnrnDonna loved to laugh and make people laugh and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her!rnrnFuneral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 30, 2009. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole, Oklahoma with Tom Newell officiating. rnrnPallbearers will be: Ronnie Conner, Ricky Conner, Andrew Conner, Trace Conner, Bob Swearingen, Beau Swearingen, Derek Henley, Damon Henley, Cord Henley, Kash Parks, Danny Myers, Tory Myers, Hugh Megee, Chris Waddell, Michael Rose Dane Allensworth, Kevin Brinker, Ricky Stilwell and Ted Glover.
