Donna Jo (Allen) Harris

Donna Jo Harris, Shawnee resident, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in Shawnee, at the age of 67.  Donna was born on August 5, 1955 in Wewoka, OK to George Wayne Allen and Mary (Yancy) Allen.  She grew up in the New Lima and Wewoka area. She was a 1974 graduate of  New Lima High School.

Donna enjoyed watching WWE wrestling, eating at Rib Crib, shopping and sitting on the porch with her mom, Letha and Wanda creating arts and crafts.

Donna is survived by her son, Rocky Harris and wife, Jennifer of Wewoka, OK; daughters, Rachel Hatfield and husband, Dustin of Shawnee, OK and Anna Harris of Oklahoma City, OK; brothers, Ronnie Mike Presley of Wewoka, OK, Roy Allen of Wewoka, OK and Raymond Ward and wife, Stacy of Wewoka, OK; sisters, Jeannie Jones and husband, Eddie of Broken Arrow, OK, Pamela Kinder of Stratford, OK, Paula Allen of Wewoka, OK, Tracey Short of Wewoka, OK and Melody Finnie and husband, Bruce of Cromwell, OK; granddaughters, Taylor Cline and husband, Austin of Shawnee, OK and Samantha Cowell and husband, Calvin of Seminole, OK ; grandsons, Ryan Harris of Seminole, Tucker Harris of Orangeburg County, South Carolina and Ryker Howell of Oklahoma City, OK; great grandchildren, Karrissa Lena of Shawnee, OK, A. J. Cline of Shawnee, OK, Aiden Cowell of Seminole, OK, Caspian Cowell of Seminole and Emmett Cowell of Seminole, OK and one great granddaughter on the way, Reagan Cline.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lonnie Presley, Troy Allen and George Allen and sister, Angela Allen.

Those serving as casket bearers will be River Ward, Austin Cline, Jeffery Johnson, Dustin Hatfield, Calvin Cowell, Jason Norman, Kyle Renton and Michael Kinder.

Viewing will be Monday, April 10, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole with Rev. Jimmy Moreland officiating.  Burial will follow at Little Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
