Funeral services for lifelong Seminole resident, Donna Lee Douthit, are scheduled for 2:00pm, Tuesday, March 27 at Johnson Church of God with Rev. Charles Higgins officiating. Interment to follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.rn rnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.rn rnDonna passed away in Earlsboro, Oklahoma at the age of 71. She was born on June 19, 1935 to Troy D. and Evelyn (Massey) Adams in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was an Avon representative and a homemaker. She also did volunteer work for the Seminole Housing Authority. She attended the Johnson Church of God in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She married Monroe V. Lee on December 14, 1950 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. rn rnShe is preceded in death by her parents, husband Monroe V. Lee, on October 5, 1982, two sons: Virgil Lee and Troy Lee and two brothers: Bill Adams and Melvin Adams.rn rnShe is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Johnny and Faye Sipes of San Antonio, Texas, two daughters and sons-in-law: Georgia and Tom Herron of Earlsboro, Oklahoma, and Mona and Terry Dixon of Seminole, daughter-in-law: Phyllis Lee of Tulsa, Oklahoma, three brothers: Charles Adams of Spavinaw, Oklahoma, Calvin Adams of Kansas, Oklahoma, Gary Adams of Mannford, Oklahoma and one sister June Ussery of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
