Interment will follow at Little Cemetery.rn rnSeminole resident Donna Ruth Blankenship passed away on Monday, March 31, 2008 at home at the age of 61. rn rnShe was born on October 30, 1947 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Luther Joe and Gloria Dean (Lambert) Blankenship. rn rnShe was an LPN for 33 years at Elmwood Manor in Wewoka and also worked at Kids-R-Us in Shawnee until her death. rn rnShe is survived by three brothers; Michael Dean Petty and wife Kathy of Marlow, Mark Douglas Petty and wife Deanna of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Patrick Paul Petty of Tulsa, Oklahoma, two sisters; Shelley Denise Trammell of Seminole, Oklahoma and Laura Lou Turcotte and husband Raymond, Sr. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. rn rnShe is preceded in death by her parents. rn rn Funeral Information: April 1, 2008, 2:00 AM
