Donald Wayne Tillman , age 70 a resident of Moore, Oklahoma and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away November 24, 2022 at Norman Regional Hospital.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel of Konawa.  Rev. Mitch Williams will officiate, and burial will follow at Konawa Cemetery.

Don was born November 3, 1952 in Sikeston, Missouri to James Tillman, II and Betty Joe (Irby) Myatt.  He graduated from Konawa High School and attended college at Oklahoma University.  He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1970 until 1972.  Don owned and operated his own carpentry business.  He loved spending time with friends, going the casino, and spending time with his daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his beloved dogs that were like his own children.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristi Smith and husband, Jerry of Oklahoma; three brothers, James Tillman, III and wife, Susan of Georgia, Joseph Daniel Tillman and wife, Kristi of Arizona, and Eddie Tillman of Oklahoma; one sister, Margaret Irby of Oklahoma; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Tillman, II, and Betty Joe Myatt; step-father, Carl Myatt; and one sister, Mary Tillman.
