Donald Reade

Donald George Ryan Reade, long time Seminole resident, entered eternal life on May,  19, 2014 at Seminole, Oklahoma; he was 60 years old. Donald was born September 2, 1953 in Queens, New York to parents Francis and Virginia (Cary) Reade.  He retired from the United States Army after 22 years of service as a Master Sergeant.  After his retirement in 1992 he moved to Seminole.  On December 22, 1983, Donald married Derinda (Simmons) in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Derinda, of the home; his mother, Virginia Reade of Queens, New York; three daughters, Jennifer Smith of Los Cruses, New Mexico, Jessica Reade of Durant, Oklahoma and Lisa Daniel of Stonewall, Oklahoma; one son, Jody Mann of Stonewall, Oklahoma; one sister, Ann Alvarez of Queens, New York; one brother, John Reade of Queens, New York; six grandchildren, Austin Mann, Delaney Daniel, Josie Lynn Mann, Leslie Daniel, Alex Smith and Zack Smith, as well as a host of other family and friends. His father, Francis Reade preceded him in death. A memorial service is planned for 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24th, 2014 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Christopher W.
