Henry O. ?Doc? Jordan, 94 year-old, Seminole resident passed from this life Monday, April 13, 2009 at his home in Seminole. He was born October 2, 1914 in Sylvia, Oklahoma to parents William ?Bill? Jordan and Callie (Lane) Jordan.rnrnDoc had lived between Oklahoma and California for many years. He worked as manager for Cotton Ginner retiring in 1977. He most recently returned to Oklahoma four years ago from California. He was a member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle Church.rnrnDoc is preceded in death by two wives, his first wife and mother of his children Hazel Jordan preceded him in death in 1956 and his second wife Iva Jordan preceded him in death in 2002. His parents and one daughter, Betty Jo Jordan who died in 1942, also preceded him in death.rnrnSurvivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Henry and Pat Jordan of Tulare, California; three daughters, Wanda Farmer of Merced, California, Patsy Bass of Lemoore, California and Ann Galente of Seminole, Oklahoma; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Wanda and C.J. Langdon of California, Laverne Jones of Seminole, Oklahoma and Jean Kiser of Seminole, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; he is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends.rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 17, 2008 at Little Cemetery Chapel.
