DeNorma Sue Phillips, 59 DeNorma Sue Phillips, life long Seminole county resident passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at her childhood home in Bowlegs, Oklahoma at the age of 59. DeNorma was born March 31, 1959 in Cushing, Oklahoma to parents, Earnest Troy Welch and Norma Daisey (Hilton) Welch.  DeNorma attended Bowlegs High School and Wes Watkins Technology Center. She was a C N A with Home Health and a license C D L Bus Driver. DeNorma married Charlie Phillips in Bowlegs, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death in 1997. DeNorma loved riding horses, spending time with her grandchildren and riding in the truck with Jason. DeNorma is survived by her significant other Jason Cain of Madill, Oklahoma; son, Joe Doyle of Bowlegs, Oklahoma; daughter, Jalena Doyle and her husband, Mike Goines of Seminole, Oklahoma; three brothers, Dewayne Welch and his wife Teresa Welch of Seminole, Oklahoma, Danny Welch and his wife Tammy Welch and Doug Welch and his wife Kim Welch of Seminole, Oklahoma; two sisters Debbie Cecil of Maud, Oklahoma and Angel Welch and her husband Jake Dorrough of Bowlegs, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, Lillian Kirkpatrick, Toby Calvert, Kyle Snodgrass, McKinzey Hilton, Paige Doyle, Phoenix Doyle and Sonny Goines. DeNorma was preceded in death by her parents Troy and Norma Welch; husband, Charlie Phillips and grandchild Gracie Doyle who passed away in 2006. A private memorial service will be held at her childhood home in Bowlegs, Oklahoma with Rev. Charles Troglin officiating.
