Delton Dewayne Brock

Seminole resident, Delton Dewayne Brock, 79, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024, in Seminole. 

Dewayne, the son of Delton Brock and Ruby (Arthur) Bemo, was born November 22, 1945, in Cove, Arkansas. February 2, 1971, he married Sharon Roberts. Dewayne worked in the aircraft industry, as a high-speed polisher. Dewayne enjoyed fishing, playing poker, and doing anything involving family gatherings. He had a great love for his family and children. He loved spending time with his grandkids and Little Bit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Delton Brock and Ruby Bemo; his wife, Sharon Brock; a daughter, Christie Brock; and a brother and a sister, Haskell Brock, and Dorothy Loving; and one living sister, Norma Jo Benedict. 

Dewayne is survived by his sons, Jerry Thomas Brock, Leslie Dean Brock, and Jerry Dean “JD” Brock; grandchildren, Tanner Brock, Lyndsey Brock, Thomas Grensberg, Michael Grensberg, Christy Grensberg, and Leslie “Bo” Murray; a daughter-in-law, Jamie Lyn (Hair do), and many other family members and friends. 

A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, December 14 at 2:00 P.M. at Little Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
