Former Longtime Seminole resident, Debra Rae (Bowles) Scallorn passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the age of 50. She was currently residing in McLoud, Oklahoma.rnrnShe was born on July 17, 1956 to Raymond and Helen (Belveal) Bowles in Seminole, Oklahoma. rnrnShe worked for Link Cowen Construction Company in Shawnee, Oklahoma and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Seminole. She was also a member of the International Boar Goat Association for several years. She enjoyed farming on her farm she named "Thornberry Hill Farms" in McLoud where she raised chickens and goats. She also loved quilting and sewing.rnrnShe is survived by her husband, John Scallorn of McLoud, Oklahoma, three sisters; Mary Johnson of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Nancy Rutherford of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Beth Bowles of Eufaula, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, Jodi Bowles, Fawn Rutherford, Callie Shepherd, Kayitlynn Brumett, and a host of other family and friends.rnrnShe was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Helen Bowles.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel with Rev. Steve Cline officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnPallbearers will be; Jerod Marshall, Jimmy Nelson, Mike Lindsey, Quinton Ostien, Eddie Nelson and Jeff Cherry.
