Deborah Gale Cecil, 62, Maud, Oklahoma resident, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Deborah was born November 23, 1957 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Troy Earnest Welch and Norma Daisy (Hilton) Welch. Deborah enjoyed watching her soap operas and General Hospital was her favorite. She spent most of her life living and growing up in Bowlegs, Oklahoma. Deborah loved her cat, her iced tea, frozen Pepsi, playing games on her tablet. She was a stubborn old goat, but she loved her kids and grandkids without a shadow of doubt. She had cat like reflexes and if you ever got into trouble, she gave you fair warning she was coming after you. Deborah spent 20 years in healthcare with Mays Home Health Services. Deborah is survived by her son, Billy Dale Cecil of Grove, Oklahoma, her two daughters, Brandy Cecil and Bonnie Cecil both of Maud, Oklahoma, three brothers; Dewayne Welch and his wife Theresa of Horntown, Oklahoma, Danny Welch and his wife Tammy of North Carolina, and Doug Welch and his wife Kim of Seminole, Oklahoma, one sister; Diane Welch of Bowlegs, Oklahoma, her former spouse; Eddie Dale Cecil of Maud, Oklahoma, her grandchildren; Blaine Mendoza, Braelynn Hooper, Aydan Bettelyoun, Waldron Bettelyoun II, Taytain Davis, Layla Cecil, and Billy Cecil, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister DeNorma Welch. Memorial services for Deborah will be at 2:00 p.m., February 14, 2020 at Bowlegs Assembly of God Church with Rev. Roy Robertson officiating.
