Daysha Dezrai Smoot

One day old baby, Daysha Dezrai Smoot of Asher, Oklahoma, passed away at St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee surrounded by her family. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Denver Cemetery located at 2400 Cypress Ave. in Norman, Oklahoma under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma.  Rev. Mitch Williams will officiate. Daysha was born January 3, 2018 at St. Anthony Hospital of Shawnee to Jeffrey Michael Smoot and Destiny Sade (Brooks) Smoot.  Her precious short life will leave a life-time of memories for her family and friends. She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Destiny Smoot of Asher, Oklahoma; three brothers, Jeffrey Smoot, II and Draeden Smoot of the home and Curtis DeJean of Louisiana; one sister, Taea Smoot of the home; paternal grandparents, Lori Bisgrove and husband, Christopher, and Eddie Smoot and wife, Monica; great grandparents, Thomas and Susan Bennett and Vivian Yandell; aunts and uncles, Devin West, Dustin West, Darcia Bennett, Desmond Bennett, Dillon Treece, Dezrai Treece, Krista Finney, Curtis Hall, and Eddie Smoot, II. She was preceded in death by her maternal Grandparents, Tina Bennett and Douglas Brooks, and one uncle, Douglas Brooks.
