David Ray Green

David Ray Green, 59 year old Shawnee, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at his home in Shawnee.  He was born March 7, 1956 in Boise City, Oklahoma to parents, Gilford Lee Green and Dianna Jean (Cowen) Green. David had worked as a carpenter for many years.  He was also affiliated with the Church of God in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife, Dianna Green of Maud, Oklahoma; two daughters, Christy Lynn (Green) Coy and her husband, Jerrett of Hobbs, New Mexico, Deia Marie Green and her partner, Lucas DeCarr of Saint Louis, Oklahoma; two brothers, Wayne Green and his wife, Jean of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Darrell Green of Clayton, New Mexico; two sisters, Kay Reed of Maud, Oklahoma, Elsie Jurjda and her husband, Eugene of Trinidad, Colorado; 4 grandchildren; and a host of other family and dear friends. David was preceded in death by his parents, by three sisters, Janice Green, Carolyn Woodington, Lou Marquez, and by one brother, Tommy Greene. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
