Darlene Condulle Smith, 74, longtime Seminole county resident, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Darlene was born November 6, 1939 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Alice (Yahola) and Arthur Charlie Condulle. Darlene was a member of the Achena Presbyterian Church and a longtime cook for “Project Heart” in Maud, Oklahoma. She married Glen Smith in Konawa, Oklahoma on September 6, 1960. Darlene is survived by a son, Farrel Smith of Maud, Oklahoma and two daughters Lisa Silas of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Glenna Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma, one brother Paul Williams of Maud, Oklahoma and a sister Wanda Williams of Maud, Oklahoma, four grandchildren and Carl Allison, Kalyn Silas, Audrey Smith, Kody Silas and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Condulle, her mother, Alice Williams, her husband, Glen Smith, a brother, Ted Williams and step father, Wilson Williams Funeral services are planned for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Achena Presbyterian Church southeast of Maud, Oklahoma with burial at Achena Church Cemetery. Gene Wilson will officiate at the funeral service with Elders Rick Harjo, Louis Fife and Frank Sewell assisting. There will be a wake service 6:00 to 7:30P.M., Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel . Casket bearers will be Carl Allison, Cody Silas, Paul Williams, Christopher Williams, Kurtis Silas and James Allison. Honorary bearers will be Shawn Harjo, Rick Harjo, Frank Sewell, Louis Fife and Billy Porter. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
