Danny Gene Allison, 66 year old life long Seminole resident departed this world on Sunday, July 23, 2006 at around 7 p.m.. while in Midwest Regional Hospital in Midwest City, Oklahoma (Following a valliant fight with respiratory difficulties). He was born October 11, 1939 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents J.C. Allison and Ernestine Flora May (Martin) Allison.rnrnDan served in the United States Army for total active service time of near 13 years.rnHe served two terms in Vietnam earning 3 Bronze Service Stars to Vietnam Service Medal; Good Conduct Medal Clasp, Bronze 3 Loops; Sharpshooter (rifle & Pistol).rnrnAllison owned and operated Dan Allison Trucks Inc. in Seminole and was of the Baptist faith. He married Else Schieler on September 5, 1961 in Karlsrhue, Germany.rnrnSurvivors include his wife Else Allison of the home, four sons and daughters-in-law: Mike & Tanna Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma, James & Glenna Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma, William & Cindy Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma and Danny & Linda Allison of Victoria, Mississippi.rnrnFour brothers and sisters-in-law: Ronnie & Doris Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma, Logan & Debbie Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma, Johnny & Cherry Allison of Seminole, Oklahoma and Bobby & Diane Allison of Ronen, Montana.
