Danna Sue Deatherage

Danna Sue Deatherage was born on March 20, 1985 in Modesto, California to Lorene Elyese Deatherage. She left this world on January 18, 2025 at the age of 39 in San Jose, California.

Danna was raised by her Mama, Elyese and the Deatherage village that included aunts, uncles and grandparents.

She is survived by her mother, Elyese Deatherage of OKC; her grandmother, Delena Deatherage of Norman; her aunt, LaDena Ballard and husband, Thomas of Broken Arrow, OK; uncle, Terry Deatherage and wife, Wendy of Norman, OK; uncle, Michael Deatherage of Moore, OK and numerous cousins, extended aunts and uncles and cousins. Danna was the eldest great grandchild of Noel and Almira Moppin Deatherage.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Major Larry K. Deatherage, U. S. Army, of Seminole, OK. 

Danna will be laid to rest at Little Cemetery following a funeral service at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, OK on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. All friends and family are welcome to come and celebrate her beautiful life. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, OK.
