Beaty passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2008 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 44.rnrnHe was born on August 29, 1963 in Mena, Arkansas to Harold Wayne Beaty and Bertie Belvia ( Author) Stone. rnrnHe was a welder for Hayes Axle and Willow Furniture Company. He married Shirley Jean Beaty on May 6, 1993 in Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnHe is survived by his wife Shirley of the home, three sons: Derrick Harris of Ada, Oklahoma, Andrew Beaty and Cashe Beaty of Seminole, Oklahoma and one daughter, Brandy Cannon of Wicks, Arkansas, one brother, Jerry Beaty and wife Karen of Cove, Arkansas and one sister, Roberta Blackard Ebbs and Greg of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, grandchild, Oliver Dale Palasios Cannon of Wicks, Arkansas. rnrnHe is preceded in death by his mother, Bertie Stone, father, Wayne Beaty, and step-fathers, Jimmy Stone and Ernest ?E.P.?
