Cynthia Denise Chandler a long time Seminole resident passed away June 24, 2007 at the age of 45.rnrnCynthia was borned November 12, 1961 in Cushing, Oklahoma to the parents of Samuel Laffon and Rose Marie (Weinsauer) Keener. At the age of 6 she moved to Seminole from Eufaula, Oklahoma.rnrnCynthia graduated for Bowlegs High School in 1980. She married Raymond Chandler on August 24, 1981 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from East Central in 1991.rnrnCynthia an elementary school teacher, taught 17 years at the Earlsboro School and 4 years at Strothers Elementary School.rnrnCynthia was a member of El Shaddai Temple in the Strothers area, Earlsboro Teachers Association and Oklahoma Education Association. Cynthia's life centered around her church, her family and her teaching of children.rnrnCynthia is survived by her husband Raymond Chandler of the home. Mother: Rosie Marie Keener of Bowlegs, Ok. and father Sam Laffoon of Shawnee,Ok.. Cynthia is also survived by son: Christipher and his wife Melissa Chandler of Seminole and daughter Kristen and her husband Joshua White of Seminole, Oklahoma by 2 brothers Sam Laffoon, Jr. of Oklahoma City, Ok. and Daniel Laffoon of Shreveport, La..
