Sybil Clydine Springer, 93 Longtime Seminole county resident Sybil Clydine Springer passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 93. Clydine was born September 24, 1918 in Mitchell County, Texas, to parents, Charles Sutphen and Anna Lee (Ray) Sutphen. She moved to Seminole in 1985 from Lovington, New Mexico. Clydine was a homemaker who loved to sew, knit and cook for her family. Clydine is survived by one brother, Charles Sutphen of Texas; six grandchildren, Doyle and his wife Joann Morris of Seminole, Oklahoma, Debbie and her husband Ken Wimer of Mcloud, Oklahoma, David and his wife Sherie Morris of Bay City, Michigan, Darrell and his wife Traci Morris of Fredonia, Kansas, Randy and his wife Julie Locke of Aurora, Colorado and Rusty and his wife Kelli Locke of Howe, Texas. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, 35 great great grandchildren and five great great great grandchildren. Clydine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Springer; daughter, Willa Dean Morris; sons, Leldon Doyle Locke, Herschel Eugene Locke, four brothers and two sisters. Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 24, 2012 at Maple Grove Cemetery with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
