Clifford Wayne Moore

Clifford Wayne “Shorty” Moore, age 84 and a long-time resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away from this life, Monday, December 16, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa.  His wife, Juanita Moore will do the scripture readings, Mike Boren will read the obituary and say the prayer, and Justin Villines and wife, Shayla and daughters, Haylie, Harper, and Henslee will sing “Victory in Jesus” at the service, and Juanita will be the speaker.  Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery, and Justin Villines will be the speaker at the cemetery, and casket bearers are his nephews, Steven Clark, Bobby Villines, Nathan Villines, Justin Villines, Lucas Clark, Adam Clark, and Bryce Clark. Shorty was born October 31, 1935 in Wilson, Oklahoma to Clifford Patrick Moore and Mary (Lancaster) Moore.  He married Juanita Ruth Clark February 3, 1964 in Konawa.  He was a self-employed carpenter and a member of the Assembly of God Church. He is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Juanita Moore of the home; one son, Bob Moore and wife, Pam of Duncan, Oklahoma; one daughter, Barbara McReynolds of Mustang, Oklahoma, and one sister, Pat Coffey and husband, Art of Seminole, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford Patrick and Mary Moore, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Bertie Clark.
