Clifford V. Lowery, 81 year-old, Seminole resident who was born October 30, 1929 in Paden, Oklahoma.  Passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010. His wife of 60 years, their three children, one daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren survive Mr. Lowery.
