Clara Miller Majors

Clara Miller Majors, former Konawa area resident, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at her residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 86. She was born on January 4, 1920 in Asher, OK to Robert & Stella (Crenshaw) Conn. She was raised in the Konawa area. She had been a resident of Tulsa since 1959. She married Ernest Majors in Tulsa in 1963. She worked as a secretary for a crane rental company in Tulsa. She was of the Baptist faith.rnClara is survived by one daughter, Janice Harrell of Tulsa; one sister, Virginia Ruppert of Asher; one grandson, Robert Ricketts, one great grandson, Chester Green and one great great grandchild, Bailey Green.rnShe was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ernest Majors in 2000 and one brother, Roy Conn.rnGraveside services will be at Konawa City Cemetery at 2:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2006.
