Clara Marvelle Kirkwood

Clara Marvelle Kirkwood, age 75 and a former resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away from this life on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8th at Konawa Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Konawa.  Rev. Mitch Williams, Funeral Director will officiate. Marvelle was born on March 21, 1937 in Konawa to Marvin Marion Kirkwood and Naomi Mae (Roland) Kirkwood. She was currently a resident of the Shawnee Care Center since 2006. Marvelle leaves behind the staff and residents of the Shawnee Care Center as well as several cousins and other family members to cherish her memory, and she was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Naomi Kirkwood and one brother.   Funeral Information: November 8, 2012, 10:00 AM Graveside Service at Konawa City Cemtery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home located at 217 N.
