Cynthia Jeanette ?Cindy? Lewis, 50 year-old former Seminole resident passed from this life Friday, August 31, 2007 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was born March 6, 1957 in Ada, Oklahoma to parents Howard A. Lewis and Carolyn Jean (Houston) Lewis.rnrnCindy graduated from Varnum High School in 1975 and went on to receive her Masters degree in psychology from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She would go on to be an instructor at E.C.U. for several years before working as a counselor at Tri-City Substance Abuse Center in Seminole and then at Mental Health Services in Ada.rnrnSurvivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Scotty and Debbie Lewis of Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnOne nephew, Jason and his wife Allison Lewis of Keller, Texas. rnrnOne Uncle, Roy and his wife Judy Houston of Las Cruces, New Mexico.rnrnCindy is preceded in death by her father, Howard A.
