Naomi "Christine" (Greenfield) Posey, 69 year old Seminole resident passed from this life Monday, April 23, 2007 at Seminole Regional Hospital. She was born July 12, 1937 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma to parents Audrey May (Shay) Greenfield and Ray Leroy Greenfield.rnrnChristine graduated from Cashion Southwest Bible College and later married Donald Leroy "Don" Posey on June 18, 1955 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma.rnrnMrs. Posey worked as a bankteller and bookkeeper for Security State Bank in Wewoka for over 18 years.rnrnTogether Mr. & Mrs. Posey lived in Branson, Missouri for 13 years moving back to the Seminole area almost three years ago.rnrnMrs. Posey leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Donald Leroy "Don" Posey of the home.rnrnOne son and daughter-in-law, Donald Ray "Don" Posey and his wife Ginger of Konawa, Oklahoma.rnrnOne daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Horn and her husband Jack of Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnOne brother and sister-in-law, Charles & Rosa Belle Greenfield of Yukon, Oklahoma.rnrnOne sister and brother-in-law, Esther & Larry Sproul of Edmond, Oklahoma.rnrnThree grandchildren, Zack Horn of Seminole, Oklahoma and Claire and Race Posey both of Konawa, Oklahoma.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole. Pastor Gary Pollard will officiate the service assited by Rev. Robert Ingram. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka, Oklahoma.rnrnCasket Bearers will be; Chet Horn, Don Kimery, Jeff Misenheimer, Mike Grant, Robert Ingram and Herb Williams.rnrnHonorary Casket Bearers will be; Gurdon Johnson, Jerry Green, Lee Estep and Jerry McGehee.rnrnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
