Charlotte Ann (Stokes) Bonin, 63 year old Norman, Oklahoma resident and former Konawa resident passed from this life Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born August 5, 1943 in Okemah, Oklahoma to parents Carl Russell Stokes and Berniece Ann (Taylor) Stokes.rnrnCharlotte married Clifton Adam Bonin on April 2, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma.rnrnCharlotte was a homemaker whos' main focus was her family. She was a thoughtful, devoted wife and mother who focused on her children and provided them with the skills and goals needed to lead succesful lives.rnrnSurvivors include two sons, Randy Blackburn of Portland, Oregon and Kevin Bonin of Denver, Colorado.rnrnThree daughters and sons-in-law, Sheri & Shawn Pietrowicz of Bamburg, Germany, Sheila & Shawn Aymond of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Lori Bonin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.rnrnOne brother and sister-in-law, Wayne & Donna Stokes of Blachard, Oklahoma.rnrnTwo sisters and a brother-in-law, Jean & John Taylor of Houston, Texas and Carlene Craddock of Moore, Oklahoma.rnrnOne nephew, five nieces, 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other family and friends.rnrnMrs. Bonin is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clifton Bonin who died May 21, 1984 and by and infant sister, Joyce Kay Stokes.rnrnFuneral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating. Interment will follow at Konawa Cemetery in Konawa, Oklahoma.rnrnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home - Seminole.
